Will is the founder of Xepheiria and an experienced engineer. He's worked on productions such as the National Eisteddfod and FOCUS Wales, and has consistent involvement within the Welsh live events industry. 

Currently studying Sound, Light and Live Events at the University of Derby, Will is hoping to gain the extra knowledge to bring events to the next level. 

Joe has experience working within various live event situations, including corporate mixing and community festivals. 

Callum is an experienced lighting designer and video technician. Callum finished his University Of The Arts London Extended Diploma In Production Arts in 2018 and his BSc in Sound, Light and Live Event Technologies from the University Of Derby in 2021. He has worked in Broadcast, Theatre and has designed/operated lighting for various events with Xepheiria.

Ben is an avid drummer and lover of all things music. He has the skills to set up and maintain all our backline equipment on the job and between dates.

He is currently studying Music Performance and Salford University and hope to become an established musician.

Sam is starting in the live events industry with an interest in lighting and video. Since graduating from the Sound, Light and Live Event Technology BSc course at the University of Derby, Sam has done various events ranging from Noise in the North to Back2 Festival

Erin is our new media manager who keeps all of our social medias updated and gets all the footage of us at our events. 

Ethan is a student currently studying Sound Engineering in college. He has a huge love for music, art, plants, and cats - and has most recently mixed the sound for a (mostly) acoustic stage for Rossett’s “Golden Lion LIVE” festival.
